On Friday June 23rd 2017, 9 SCM students and 3 SCM alumni participated in the Institute for Controlling’s annual 5-km run. Organized in teams of 3 runners, our SCM athletes were supported by our fans.
After the start of the race at 6:30pm, all SCM participants found their pace and spread out among the remaining runners. The fans cheered for them in the middle of the run and at the finish line.
Our best Team, SCM Just in Time with Carmen Theuns, Andreas Beck and Manuel Barth, won the fourth place in the team category with an overall time of 1:04,19! Congratulations to Carmen (23:28,20), Andi (17:30,90) and Manuel (23:20,00) for their achievement!
Great jobs of all the remaining teams of the SCM Network: The Worn-out Dogs, Prochess Run and the Spanish-Hungarian Empire that all achieved great times and personal best marks.
Finally, congratulations to Violeta Gomez (22:50,7) for placing 7th in the women’s category, and Andreas Beck (17:30,90) for placing 4th in the men’s category.

Thank you to our sponsor, cargo-partner, for their support in our sports activities.
